RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Any unopened and undamaged items are eligible for return for 30 days from your order date. Gift cards, sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please visit our RETURN PORTAL.

Once Mixhers receives your return, the team will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If our inspections find that the returned item has been used or damaged, and is therefore not suitable for resale, we will not issue a refund or store credit.

EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your flavor and have 80% of the sticks unopened, we would be happy to do a flavor exchange for you. If your package is opened and has 80% or less of the sticks, your order is not eligible for an exchange. Sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for an exchange.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process the exchange.

REDO RETURN COVERAGE

Customers who opted for Redo Return coverage are eligible for a free return label. If Redo was not selected on the order, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
