Can I use my rewards points on subscription orders?Updated 6 months ago
Once you have earned points you can redeem them for different rewards, including discount codes and $ off! Once you are logged into your rewards account here, you will see what points you have available, as well as what you can redeem them for. Once you have redeemed your reward you will be given a code that can be applied to any order, including your subscription order!
If you would like to add a reward code to your subscription, you just need to log into your account here and click on "manage subscriptions". From here you will then want to select "view next order". Once in this tab, you will see an option that says "apply discount" and from here you can add the rewards code. Once that is done then you are all set and that discount will reflect on your next subscription order!
Unfortunately at this time, you are not able to add free rewards products to subscription orders.
